It so happened that the Branch Manager is an avid fan of burgers offered by the main branch in Tagaytay and he was a regular customer before he decided to level up his cravings and share his addiction to his hometown. Chef Sherwin, Papa Bears’ forefather, never thought of franchising his business in the first place. But as his good friend, he gave in to Third’s persuasion.
